01When you visit

You can use this website without telling us who you are. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The server records the date and time of a visit, the pages viewed and the browser used, only to keep the site secure and to count visitors.

02Cookies

Two small cookies are used: one remembers your language choice and one keeps the grievance form secure. Text size and high contrast choices are stored only in your own browser.

03When you raise a grievance

We ask for your name, mobile number, block and village so that the officer can reach you. These details are seen only by the officers handling your grievance and are never published.

  • Your mobile number is used only to answer your grievance
  • Grievance records are kept for three years after closure
  • You can ask for your details to be corrected by writing to the Web Information Manager

04Beneficiary information

This website publishes only counts of beneficiaries. Names and other personal details of beneficiaries are displayed at the Gram Panchayat for social audit and are not put online.

05Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information with anyone, except when required by law.
